Our passion is helping you better understand yourself, build strength, improve balance, and feel more connected to who you are. Together, we're here to support you in creating a stronger, healthier, and more balanced life.

Dakota has always been fascinated by people. She is the type of person that asks “why” all the time: why people behave the way they do; why people feel differently about the same situations; why people are affected so deeply by an experience when others are not.
That curiosity led her to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development, both from Lindsey Wilson College. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with people from ages 4 to 72. While her therapy background has given her a strong foundation for understanding people and emotions, her passion is helping people better understand themselves through emotional growth and intelligence.

Sports, basketball in particular, have been a part of Zalmico’s life for as long as he can remember. Basketball has given him opportunities to grow both as an athlete and a person. He played two seasons at Ventura College before earning a starting position at the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB), where he finished second in leading the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio.
His love for sports quickly evolved into a love for movement, which led him to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor. These certifications have given him opportunities to work with athletes from a variety of sports including basketball, football, baseball, tennis, golf, and skiing; and individuals in different modalities including pilates, HIIT, and personal training. Over the years, he has discovered that his passion is to help people feel stronger, balanced, and more connected to their bodies.
